Log into onlineaha.org and enroll in
the BLS for Health Care Provider Online Course. After completing
the course, print off the certificate of completion. All
participants must bring the certificate with them to class in order
to be checked off.
Retrain: January 13, April 13, July 13, October 12. 8 a.m. - 1
p.m. $135 (includes Book & Card)
Physician Class - January 11, April 18, October 17. 4:45 p.m. -
9 p.m. $135 (includes Book & Card)
Retrain: March 9, June 15, September 14. 8 a.m. - noon $135

Equipment Rental
Equipment rental fee must be paid before taking the equipment.
If you owe more because you did not return on time, you will
be expected to pay at the time or you may loose your ability to
rent the equipment.
AHA Card: $7
Manikins $15 each per 24 hours
AED $10 each per 24 hours
Ambu bag $5 each per 24 hours
One way valve $2 each per 24 hours
