occupational health. Our staff includes board-certified physicians
who are available to treat injuries, provide facility inspections
and consult with company representatives. We maintain current
certifications and stay up-to-date on all federal
regulations.

We provide occupational health services to more than 100
businesses in Northwest Ohio, from small, family-owned firms to
Fortune 500 companies. Our clients encompass a wide-variety of
industries, from manufacturing, to financial services, to retail.
We've also taken steps to reduce lost workdays and implement health
and safety initiatives throughout our hospital. As a result, we are
the only health system in the region to achieve Star Status in
OSHA's Voluntary Protection Program.
We offer
- 24-hour work injury care
- The Occupational Health Centers treat initial, work-related
injuries on a walk-in basis.
- Lima Memorial Emergency Center treats all minor injuries after
hours in a "fast track" setting. As a designated Level II Trauma
Center, Lima Memorial is also equipped to treat and manage all
major and life-threatening injuries. Patients seen in the ER for
work-related injuries are given restrictions related to work and
are scheduled to follow up the next business day with the provider
in Occupational Health.
