To help us get immediate feedback from patients and their families, our care providers continually seek feedback to make sure we are taking care of more then just their medical needs. Our goal is that our patients feel comfortable, well-cared for and part of the Lima Memorial family.
Lima Memorial uses the services of Arbor Associates to measure how closely the experiences our patients and families had with us came to meeting or exceeding their expectations.
This survey process shows us how each department's patients answered each question with maximum statistical accuracy. This quantitative presentation also includes comparative benchmarking information with the same department at other hospitals.
We submit our survey results to the HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) Survey and the Ohio Health Department Hospital Performance Measures.
