In 2022, our community supported the launch of a Chronic Disease Management Program. This program builds a network of care around patients with chronic diseases, improving their quality of life. This year, our efforts continue as we work to establish an Observation Unit at Lima Memorial Health System. This dedicated unit aims to expedite patient diagnosis and streamline treatment, enhancing the overall experience for patients and their families.
