Transforming Lives

Through community support, we will transform the way care is delivered for patients who require intense rehab following a stroke, trauma, major injury or debilitating illness. The project will leverage the outstanding care being provided by our inpatient rehabilitation team by creating a unique, family-centered, community-based environment, complete with innovative therapeutic technology.

Patients enter our facility having lost the lives they once knew. Through immense support and intense therapy only provided within a hospital, patients can begin to reclaim the life they once enjoyed.
