Telehealth Visits with Lima Memorial Physicians
We are committed to providing great healthcare while maintaining the safest environment possible for our patients. Many clinical concerns can be completely addressed without leaving the safety of your own home. Lima Memorial Physicians offers two easy ways to connect with your provider virtually with a same-day telehealth appointment. Telehealth Video Visits with Your Provider
You can schedule a live telehealth video visit by calling your Lima Memorial Physician’s office. A same-day virtual visit is available through your desktop, tablet or smartphone during the offices’ hours of operations. You will be sent a link via email or text message to start your video feed at your appointment time.
Telephone Visits with Your Provider
A telephone appointment provides an alternate option to connect with a Lima Memorial Physician. Simply call your provider’s office to schedule a telephone appointment.
During your telephone appointment, if your provider feels it is necessary for you to come to the office for further evaluation, an in-office appointment will be scheduled.
How to Schedule a Telehealth Appointment
- Call your Lima Memorial Physician, or call 877-DOC-LMPC, to schedule your teleheatlh appointment.
- Click on the link that will be sent to you by email or text at your appointment time.
- Type in your name, and click Check In to begin your visit.
Any smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone will work.

Preparing for your Telehealth Appointment:
- Have your insurance card and a list of current medications ready.
- Allow your web browser to use your webcam and microphone.
- Make sure you have a good internet connection or 4G cell service.
- Keep all background noise and interference to a minimum.
