Lima Memorial Foundation Unites Community for Journey Repackaged Reimagining Health Care for Patients with Chronic Diseases

On Thursday, October 6, more than 500 Friends of the Lima Memorial Foundation will unite for Journey Repackaged | Health Care Reimagined, the Foundation’s Annual Fundraising Gala. This year’s event will take place at Innovative Packaging, where guests will enjoy gourmet food, networking and live and silent auctions. A highlight of the evening will be a fund-a-need paddle raise to support the establishment of a Chronic Disease Management Program for patients experiencing chronic conditions.
“The Lima Memorial Foundation is committed to uniting the community to bring the best in healthcare advancements to our region,” commented Steve Romey, Lima Memorial Foundation Board Chairman. “This year, funds raised at Journey will help Lima Memorial reimagine health care as we know it. Our health system will create a comprehensive network of care to support patients in managing their chronic conditions and helping them live a fuller life.”

Earlier this year, the Lima Memorial Foundation Board of Directors committed to raising $750,000 to establish a comprehensive Chronic Disease Management Program. 100% of all gifts made to the Lima Memorial Foundation stays within the community in support of healthcare programs, services and advanced technology.
