Lima Memorial Health System Adopts Senior Angels

The Lima Memorial Health System family has come together in true Great Care spirit to adopt 76 local senior citizens in hopes of brightening their holiday season.
For more than 15 years, Lima Memorial has partnered with the Area Agency on Aging to host a Senior Angel Tree. This partnership allows Lima Memorial to extend its Great Care further into the community and to seniors who live on limited means and are often without family support. For many local seniors, their holiday wish list consists of gifts that meet daily needs. These items include hygiene products, cleaning products, pet treats, gift cards for groceries and more.
Hundreds of gifts will be loaded into vehicles on Monday, December 12, at 10 a.m. at the entrance of Lima Memorial’s new Welcome Center.
