LMHS to Celebrate Associate Milestones at Annual Recognition Event

Lima Memorial Health System will honor and celebrate 185 associates who have achieved impressive milestone years of service in the last year. The Annual High Five Associate Recognition Event will be held at 19 Hawthorne Thursday, March 23. Associates will receive awards for their years of service, ranging from 5 to 50 years. Collectively, these associates have provided more than 2,250 years of Great Care at Lima Memorial and to our community.
“We are extremely proud of the associates celebrating their milestone years and thank them from the bottom of our hearts,” expresses Mike Swick, President and CEO of Lima Memorial Health System. “The Great Care and hard work demonstrated by our Lima Memorial Family is truly unparalleled.”
Those celebrating 25 years of service include: Reba Allen, Regina Caton, Carol Copeland and Debora Shaffer.
Those being honored for 30 years of service include: Martha Burgei, Wendy Rayl and Nancy Siatkosky.
35-year honorees include Brenda Harris, Debra Longanecker, Kathy Martin, Jill Martin and Madonna Wolke.
Associates celebrating 40 years of service include Christine Gonzales and Ruth Kemper.
45-year honorees will be Jayne Caskie, Debra Grimes, Christine Joseph, Diane Lee, Theresa Numbers and Debra Snyder.
Rhonda Hollon will be recognized for an astounding 50 years of dedicated service with Lima Memorial Health System.
