Local Students Receive Lima Memorial Auxiliary and Nursing Alumnae Scholarships

Each year, the Lima Memorial Auxiliary and LMH School of Nursing Alumnae award scholarships to local students who plan to pursue a career in the medical field. Six outstanding students will be recognized this year and awarded scholarships at the Lima Memorial Auxiliary Summer General Meeting on Wednesday, June 19. These outstanding students will ultimately make a difference in many lives through their chosen healthcare profession.
Allen East student Megan Koehlinger and Pandora-Gilboa student Macy Wilson will receive a $1,500 scholarship from the Lima Memorial Auxiliary.
Additionally, the Auxiliary will award a $2,000 Volunteen Scholarship to Jaleena Howard of Elida High School. This scholarship is awarded to a teen volunteer who provided exemplary volunteer service to the health system in 2023.
Lima Senior student Honesty Baker, Fort Jennings student Alexandra Maag and Pandora-Gilboa student Avery Traxler will each receive a $1,500 scholarship from the Lima Memorial Nursing Alumnae.
