Philosophy of Care

I enjoy helping women of all ages plan for a healthy lifestyle and be in control of their own healthcare choices. I spend much of my time counseling on birth control options and prevention measures. My goal and passion is to care for young women in their teen years to promote and encourage self-confidence, self-worth and healthy relationships. I also work with my patients to examine their diet, exercise and medication and provide guidance to improve their overall health. I strive to be a part of a woman's healthcare journey throughout their entire lifespan and serve her with personalized care while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure there is continuity of care as needs arise.
