Yes, you will still need to go to the registration area. This is where you will give your insurance information and your acceptance to have the procedure done.

When you arrive at Lima Memorial, park by the West entrance. Take the elevator up to the first floor Welcome Center. Check in with your paperwork at the welcome desk. You will be prompted to have a seat around the corner for registration. Once registered, you can make your way to the Outpatient Diagnostic & Imaging Center or to the Outpatient Surgery checkin.

Lima Memorial Health System’s (LMHS) physician offices are provider-based clinics. Receiving care from our providers at our clinics will result in a professional or physician charge and a facility charge for services and / or procedures. This will be reflected on statements you receive for provided services.
